Working closely with the architects, we created a wayfinding and signage program that accommodates day-to-day changes in clinic functions, incorporates digital sign panels to efficiently reflect these changes, and supports the launch of an at-home patient check-in process with an on-site self-help kiosk. To help patients navigate the facility, we adopted a bold retail style to identify levels, entries, and amenities, while also maintaining open sight lines and bolstering facility security.
